Health insurance
If you hold health insurance, check your policy covers psychiatry and obtain pre-authorisation before booking. We can provide an invoice for your insurer.
Cancellations
Reschedule free of charge with more than 48 hours' notice. Later cancellations or non-attendance are charged in full.
